Track impediments, risks, issues, and dependencies through resolution
Maintain the team's improvement backlog and track commitments resulting from retrospectives
Mentor team members and promote effective Agile thinking and practices

Complete and distribute team commitment reports and end-of-sprint reports based on demos and Product Owner acceptance
Partner with Product Owners, other Scrum Masters, technical teams, and management to identify and resolve delivery challenges
Support teams through organizational and process changes associated with the broader data transformation initiative

Experience supporting teams involved in cloud migration or AWS initiatives
Experience transitioning teams or organizations from Waterfall to Agile methodologies
Experience developing and analyzing Agile metrics to improve sprint planning and team performance

Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
Ability to make persuasive and informative presentations
Experience working across multiple business functions or complex enterprise environments
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Scrum Master / Agilist with strong experience leading multiple teams, managing Agile ceremonies and backlogs, tracking team metrics, and removing impediments. Candidates with experience in data transformation, data warehouse environments, Jira reporting/metrics, or cloud migration programs will be especially valuable.
