Job summary

Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time Scrum Master to lead enterprise-scale KM modernization projects. The role emphasizes Agile leadership, effective communication, and proactive stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile PM, and demonstrate strong organizational and documentation skills, with familiarity of Azure DevOps Boards and Jira. Hybrid work in Ottawa area is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and enforce best practices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience managing product backlogs and coordinating releases.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate releases.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and align deliverables.
• Support cross-functional teams in iterative, fast-paced environments.
• Maintain effective communication for meetings, documentation, and stakeholder interactions.
