Job summary

Fujitsu Canada is seeking a full-time, permanent Scrum Master to join our team delivering enterprise-scale Knowledge Management modernization projects. This role emphasizes Agile/Scrum leadership, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement, with hybrid work and Ottawa-based operations.

Must reside in the Greater Ottawa area, 5–10 years of Scrum Master or Agile PM experience, and strong facilitation, backlog management, and reporting skills. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Experience leading Agile ceremonies and enforcing best practices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate releases.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and align deliverables.
• Support cross-functional teams in iterative, fast-paced environments.
• Maintain effective communication for meetings, documentation, and stakeholder interactions.
