Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of work experience.
• 2–5 years as RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile PM.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain process documentation and ensure agile practices are followed.
• Coach and mentor development and business leads in agile methods.
• Support planning, backlog management, and sprint ceremonies to deliver sprint goals.
• Facilitate communication and remove impediments to improve productivity.
