Ensures risk assessments include risks identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans for scrum projects.
Establishes scrum processes and procedures for backlog management, prioritization techniques, and user story refinement.
Forecasts team capacity and delivery potential for future projects to set realistic expectations for product releases.
