Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager in Columbus, OH to lead two or more Agile pods, coach teams to self-organization, and drive delivery value across stakeholders. You will facilitate ceremonies, manage impediments, and align priorities with Product Owners and executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager for two or more Agile delivery pods/Scrum teams
• Guide and coach teams to self-organize, deliver business value, and improve Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
• Partner with Experience Owners, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align priorities, roadmap commitments, and delivery objectives
• Identify, manage, and remove team impediments, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure backlog items are refined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Leverage Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement and predictability
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, production readiness, and post-release monitoring across teams
