Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles.
• Experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Identify and escalate impediments affecting progress.
• Apply Scrum and Kanban to support transformation efforts.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Navigate the organization to remove blockers and coordinate teams.
