Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scrum Master & Agile Coach to establish and scale an Agile practice for Global Retail IT. You will serve as a hands-on Scrum Master for hybrid teams and teach Agile principles to Product Managers and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and reliable delivery.

You will work across time zones with external partners, manage vendor-driven changes, and shape the Agile culture in a product-centric, retail-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (DoR/DoD)
• 10+ years in Scrum Master roles
• 7+ years in non-software development projects (retail)
• 5+ years as an agile coach
• Experience with Atlassian Agile tools (Jira/Confluence/Trello) and coaching in large-scale environments

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow an Agile practice across Global Retail IT
• Lead as hands-on Scrum Master for hybrid teams and coach stakeholders
• Guide backlog management, story sizing, and delivery predictability
• Champion continuous improvement and data-driven delivery insights
• Coordinate with Product Managers and production support teams
• Facilitate vendor-driven change within third-party software environments
