Job summary

Access To Future is seeking a senior IT/Analytical Scrum Master with 5+ years SAFe and enterprise Scrum experience. The role requires SaaS and Salesforce exposure and at least 4 years using Rally.

You will manage 2+ established teams and work in a hybrid model in Atlanta, GA for a 6-month contract. Applicants should bring strong program management instincts, the ability to guide established teams, and readiness to onsite weekly in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAFe experience
• 5+ years of Enterprise-level Scrum Master experience
• 2+ years SaaS & Salesforce experience
• 4+ years Rally experience
• Managed 2 or more established teams (not new teams)

Responsibilities

• Strong Sr level IT/Analytical Scrum Master with IT/CS background
• Lead established teams in SAFe and enterprise Scrum practices
• Ensure on-site presence in Atlanta weekly (hybrid) for 6-month contract
