Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems; five years IT experience; three years as Scrum Master.
• Understanding of Agile practices, service-oriented environments, iterative development; knowledge of ATDD, TDD, CI, automation.

Responsibilities

• Performs as a Scrum Master for 2-3 teams.
• Performs assessments at the team or train level.
• Leads, develops or improves internal training courses.
• Facilitates coach sync meetings and cross-team communication.
• Maintains and creates metrics to gauge progress and drive improvements.
• Supports PI Planning by capacity calculation and WSJF coaching.
