Job summary

Eightelevengroup in Grand Rapids is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Scrum teams in a hybrid work setting. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and help the team meet commitments.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of IT experience, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a solid understanding of Agile planning and estimation. Certification such as CSM or PSM is preferred.

Scrum Master

Location: Hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Grand Rapids

Rate: $50-60/hr.

Description:

The ideal candidate for this role has 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience. The Scrum Master supports the team in delivering value by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, promoting effective Agile practices, removing impediments, and helping the team meet its commitments. Additional responsibilities include supporting backlog refinement, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, tracking progress, and communicating delivery risks and issues. The ideal candidate for this role will have supported complex IT initiatives and ideally has worked across infrastructure environments such as networking, servers, and virtualization machines.

Primary Responsibilities:

Preferred Certification: CSM, PSM, or KMP
