The Opportunity:

CCI is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile project management initiatives for USSTRATCOM, focusing on mission-critical applications and systems support services. This role involves facilitating Agile methodologies, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in software development practices. The work location is Omaha, Nebraska, contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as interface between product team and IT Shared Services.
• Ensure Definition of Done requirements are met at product level.
• Facilitate all product team Scrum ceremonies.
• Gather and monitor team-related metrics.
• Provide guidance on ASF practices within the team.
• Assist in removing blocks for teammates.
• Participate in all product and software lifecycles, especially Release Management and Construction.
• Manage as front-line manager for cross-functional product team.
• Collaborate with senior management on initiatives.
• Define Agile procedures or standards for Scrum Master tasks.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
• Function as a technical expert across multiple projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives.
• May supervise others.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• At least 7 years in Agile project management, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Required 8140 Cert: 802 - Intermediate or approved cyber-related certification, or applicable degree/training.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Adept at managing multiple projects with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
