Job summary

Techvilla Solutions is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of Agile delivery experience to lead cross-functional teams. You will coach on Agile best practices, oversee Scrum ceremonies, and coordinate planning, deployment, and delivery activities.

The role requires deep SDLC knowledge, strong risk and stakeholder management, and the ability to influence without direct authority across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Scrum Master/Agile delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, SQL, databases, Python, system integrations, and cloud environments.
• Understanding of application architecture, deployment, and production support.
• Strong risk, dependency, stakeholder, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
• Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, UAT, deployment, and production activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and technical debt.
• Track Agile metrics including velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, and throughput.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
• Facilitate technical discussions and ensure cross-team collaboration.
• Provide project status, forecasting, and delivery reporting.
