Job summary

Techvilla Solutions in the United States (North Carolina) seeks a Senior Scrum Master with 10+ years of Agile delivery experience to lead cross-functional software delivery efforts. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and coordinate planning, UAT, deployments, and production activities.

Candidates should demonstrate strong SDLC knowledge, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, and cloud experience, plus skill in risk management and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Scrum Master/Agile delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, SQL, databases, Python, system integrations, and cloud environments.
• Understanding of application architecture, deployment, and production support.
• Strong risk, dependency, stakeholder, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
• Experience managing multiple Agile teams or enterprise-scale software programs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
• Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, UAT, deployment, and production activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, blockers, dependencies, and technical debt.
• Track Agile metrics including velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, and throughput.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
• Facilitate technical discussions and ensure effective cross-team collaboration.
• Provide project status, forecasting, and delivery reporting.
