Qualifications

• 7+ years of related mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience developing and testing compressors or HVAC components.
• Familiarity with phase-gate NPD processes.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of DOE, DFMEA, and DVP&R.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of screw compressor systems and subsystems.
• Develop test plans and perform component and system testing.
• Collaborate with design, test, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Own technical aspects of programs and guide junior engineers.
• Drive PLM and engineering tool usage.
