You will work closely with press operators, perform routine equipment checks, support continuous improvement, and adapt to an event-driven schedule. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in textile screen printing with M&R machines.
• Experience with polyester, cotton, nylon substrates.
• End-to-end textile printing knowledge from imaging to curing.
• Flexible schedule for event-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the screen-printing workflow to meet production specs.
• Verify artwork, mix inks, run test prints, and adjust press settings for color accuracy.
• Collaborate with press operators and production team to meet deadlines and standards.
• Perform routine equipment inspection and contribute to continuous improvement.
