Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with manual and/or automatic screen printing presses and takes pride in producing high‑quality printed apparel. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, register, and operate manual and/or automatic screen printing presses

Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs

Print designs on garments including T-shirts, hoodies, polos, and other apparel

Maintain color accuracy, print consistency, and quality control standards

Load and unload garments from presses and dryers

Perform basic press maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure customer specifications are met

Work closely with production team to meet deadlines and daily output goals

Qualifications & Skills

Previous screen printing experience preferred (manual or automatic)

Knowledge of inks, screens, squeegees, and registration techniques

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience with multi-color prints

Understanding of plastisol and water-based inks

Familiarity with production schedules and workflow efficiency
