You will have hands-on experience with screen prep, exposure, and professional ink mixing systems, and you will work closely with press operators to ensure production-ready results and strict quality control across all jobs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a production screen printing environment.
• Proven experience with screen burning, reclaiming, and ink mixing.
• Experience with CTS systems (M&R preferred).
• Strong understanding of exposure variables, mesh counts, and emulsion techniques.
• Experience with professional ink mixing systems (One Stroke or similar).
• Ability to color match and maintain consistency across repeat orders.

Responsibilities

• Burn and register screens using M&R i-Image S (CTS system).
• Operate NuArc MSP 3140 exposure unit with consistent, repeatable results.
• Mix inks using One Stroke Ink mixing system with high accuracy.
• Maintain and adjust ink formulas for color matching and consistency.
• Troubleshoot exposure, stencil, and ink-related issues proactively.
• Reclaim, degrease, and prepare screens to production-ready standards.
• Work closely with press operators to ensure optimal print performance.
• Maintain strict quality control across all jobs.
• Keep detailed records of ink mixes and screen setups.
