You will collaborate with an experienced operator to improve quality, efficiency, and production capabilities, driving consistent high-quality apparel prints and a safe, organized work environment.

Formación

• Extensive professional apparel screen printing experience with press setup.
• Ability to diagnose production problems and adjust while maintaining quality.
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating with other departments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle materials safely.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality apparel.
• Oversee job preparation, including screens, inks, registration, placement, and press settings.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and ensure print durability.
• Verify job specs, artwork, garment counts, and decoration requirements before production.
• Organize daily production priorities and manage staff and equipment.
• Train and coach employees on printing techniques and safety.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to communicate progress.
• Identify delays and recommend improvements to reduce waste.
