Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a team in the screen-printing department.
• Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot screen-printing equipment as needed.
• Register screens and ensure proper alignment for accurate, consistent prints.
• Work with flocking, high-density printing and other specialty techniques.
• Ensure print quality and consistency across all jobs.
• Train employees in printing techniques, equipment use and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, materials and output to maintain efficiency.
• Troubleshoot printing issues and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production needs.
