Qualifications

• Experience in embroidery, printing, and warehousing operations (pre-production, production, post-production).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency is required.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience in a production setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily screen print production, including job setup, printing, and finishing.
• Quality control across all production stages.
• Lead and train production staff; foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
• Maintain proper maintenance and operation of equipment; troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
