Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of SCM, Logistics, Purchasing experience.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Develop strategies balancing service level, cost, and efficiency.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze capacity utilization; identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Track KPIs: logistics cost, inventory days, returns, stockouts.
• Support ERP and supply chain system optimization initiatives.
