Softworld, a Kelly Company, is seeking a Senior Oracle SCM Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM and Manufacturing modules. The role focuses on partnering with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver high-impact supply chain solutions.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on Oracle Cloud SCM, MFG experience, and strong documentation skills. This on-site role offers a collaborative IT environment with potential relocation and visa support as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 is a plus.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Ability to create and maintain functional design docs, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle SCM and MFG modules.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and liaise with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Participate in the full systems lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize purchasing, inventory, production, and order fulfillment processes.
• Conduct gap analysis, develop test plans, support UAT, and lead solution rollouts.
• Support enhancements, system maintenance, and production issue troubleshooting.
