Job summary

Diodes Incorporated seeks a Senior Supply Chain Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide Diodes 2.0 initiatives, standardizing and digitizing planning and fulfillment. You will lead cross-functional programs with IT, Operations, Procurement, Planning, and Customer Service to improve efficiency and end-to-end visibility.

The role requires strong business process design, ERP experience, and 7–10+ years in transformation roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Experience with ERP and advanced supply chain planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain process transformations across planning, order management, and fulfillment.
• Define future-state operating models aligned with Diodes 2.0 objectives.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with governance, timelines, and metrics.
• Partner with IT to define system roadmaps (ERP, planning systems, data platforms).
• Translate business needs into scalable process and technology solutions.
