You will supervise Engineering Change Analysts, drive continuous improvement, and be the primary contact for engineering change issues while ensuring changes are implemented efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, engineering change management, manufacturing, or related operations.
  • No sponsorship or visa support is available for this position.
  • Candidates must reside within 50 miles of El Paso, TX.

Responsibilities

Job description

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Senior Engineering Change Analyst. This role will take place out of our facility in El Paso, TX.

The SCM Senior Engineering Change Analyst is responsible for leading and governing supply chain engineering change management processes that impact procurement, planning, inventory, manufacturing, and supplier operations. This role ensures engineering changes are implemented accurately and efficiently while minimizing operational disruptions and maintaining data integrity across business systems. The position provides leadership for engineering change activities, supervises Engineering Change Analysts, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as the primary supply chain point of contact for engineering change implementation.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do

Required (Basic) Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, engineering change management, manufacturing, or related operations.
