Job summary

LMI in Raleigh, NC is seeking a hands-on Facility Lead to oversee the new office and SCIF build-out, manage operations, and coordinate security and vendor services. You will learn construction layouts, establish support relationships, and ensure the facility remains available and ready for work.

Responsibilities include coordinating cleaning, maintenance, life support, and quality-of-life amenities while ensuring ICD 705 (SAP-F) compliance and secure access for government work.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in facility operations.
• Demonstrated vendor management for a single-site facility.
• Knowledge of ICD 705 (SAP-F) and related physical security standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational readiness and ongoing management of a Raleigh SCIF facility.
• Learn facility layout and systems during construction, then manage vendors and service providers.
• Ensure security systems and vendors meet ICD 705 and SAP-F requirements.
• Serve as primary contact with government facility security officials.
