Job summary

LMI seeks a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction, renovation, and facilities development across a national footprint. The role requires overseeing projects from concept to turnover, with emphasis on safety, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple locations including Northern Virginia, Colorado Springs, and Raleigh.

The ideal candidate will manage multi-site programs, collaborate with security teams, and communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive commercial construction or capital project management experience.
• Experience delivering large corporate office renovations or complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent commercial construction and renovation projects from concept through final occupancy.
• Oversee multimillion-dollar capital construction initiatives across geographically dispersed locations.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, milestones, and risk plans.
• Manage external contractors, architects, engineers, and construction managers.
• Review drawings, estimates, schedules, and contracts; evaluate performance and changes.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and readiness reviews.
