Job summary

This lab-based role collaborates closely with Quality Control, Process Development, Regulatory, and external partners to drive method transfer, validation readiness, and lifecycle management of analytical methods.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant discipline (molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, cell biology, virology or related field).
• Experience leading analytical development for viral vectors with impact.
• Expertise in viral vector assay methods and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, troubleshooting, transfer, and lifecycle management of analytical methods for retroviral/lentiviral vectors.
• Design studies to evaluate accuracy, precision, linearity, range, robustness, and comparability.
• Analyze complex data using JMP and other statistics tools to support assay development.
• Collaborate with QC and external labs during transfer, qualification, and validation activities.
• Support draft of protocols, data analyses, reports, and validation documents.
• Maintain strong documentation and trend analytical performance data.
• Prepare technical documents including study protocols and test methods.
• Collaborate across departments to advance analytical strategies for viral vector manufacturing.
