Stoke Therapeutics in Bedford, MA is seeking a Senior Scientist, Sterile oligonucleotide drug product development to help drive formulation development and process scale-up for investigational medicines. The role focuses on translating R&D to compliant manufacturing with contract facilities.

You will apply robust scientific methods, lead experiments, and contribute to regulatory documentation while collaborating with CMOs. Office-based, with travel required.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Bio/Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field with 4+ years of industry experience; MSc with 6+ years; or BSc with 10+ years.
• One or more years of experience in oligonucleotide or mRNA sterile drug product development.

Aufgaben

• Develop oligonucleotide prototype formulations in-house and scale up processes to manufacturing at contract facilities.
• Apply DOE and perform characterization using DSC, UV/Vis, HPLC, LC-MS, viscometry, and particle sizing.
• Lead experiments, analyze data, and document results for regulatory filings and MBR/MBR reviews.
• Collaborate with CMOs, select equipment, and support manufacturing operations to mitigate risks.
• Travel 5-10% as needed.
