This full-time, in-person role involves managing the entire reagent lifecycle, ensuring quality control across all processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in biochemical reagent development and excellent problem-solving skills. They will play a crucial role in the team's success by implementing robust QC methods and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biochemistry, including PhD/MS/BS with relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in reagent development and analytical science.
• Experience with chemically reactive or environmentally sensitive compounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead assay reagent development activities for Proteome sequencing.
• Build QC framework and lot qualification for platform reagents.
• Establish and maintain SOPs for assay reagents and workflows.
