Qualifications

• Preferred Ph.D. in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, genetics, bioengineering, or related field with 0-3 years of NGS-related research or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments to evaluate and optimize reagents for NGS workflows.
• Design, develop, and validate assays to assess quality of reagents.
• Establish manufacturing processes for reagents and transfer to operations.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to project teams.
• Identify and resolve issues related to reagent performance, assay development, or manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and operations to implement new reagents.
• Maintain records and ensure proper maintenance of lab spaces and equipment.
• Stay updated with literature and technological advances in reagent development.
