Job summary

NATi is seeking a Scientist/Senior Scientist to lead ADME, PK, biodistribution, and bioanalytical strategies for oligonucleotide therapeutics. Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with oligonucleotide therapeutics in preclinical development is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in PK study design, biodistribution, and bioanalytical platforms (qPCR, LC-MS/MS, hybridization assays).
• Experience leading in vivo evaluation of targeted oligonucleotides (e.g., AOCs) for extrahepatic delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADME, PK, biodistribution and bioanalytical strategies for oligonucleotide therapeutics.
• Design, execute, and interpret PK studies in rodent and non-rodent models.
• Develop and validate assays for oligonucleotide quantification in plasma and tissues.
• Integrate PK/PD and biodistribution data to inform candidate selection and translational modeling.
• Lead external CRO studies and ensure scientific quality and timelines.
