Competenze

• PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline; strong scientific record.
• 5+ years of relevant R&D experience in oligonucleotide or synthetic chemistry.
• Expertise in solid-phase synthesis, conjugation, and analytical methods.

Mansioni

• Develop and optimize solid-phase synthesis of RNA/DNA oligos and related ligands.
• Design, synthesize, and optimize bioconjugates to improve delivery and PK/PD.
• Develop functionalized CPGs, linkers, and attachment strategies for on-column conjugation.
• Collaborate with biologists to translate chemistry into therapeutic candidates.
