• PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with bioconjugation focus.
• 3–5 years postdoc or industry experience in bioconjugation chemistry.
• Proven track record designing and synthesizing bioconjugates (AOCs, peptide conjugates).
• Strong analytical skills for characterizing bioconjugates.
