Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing microscopy studies to evaluate morphology and particle size.
• Ability to analyze imaging data to identify structure–property relationships across products.
• Strong communication of technical results in reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze samples using microscopy and related techniques.
• Plan and execute microscopy studies to evaluate morphology, size, dispersion and interfaces.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot microscopy equipment and sample prep workflows.
• Document imaging methods to improve data quality and repeatability.
• Summarize data to support product development and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with R&D, service, process tech, manufacturing and business teams.
• Communicate findings clearly for scientific and business audiences.
