Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze samples such as pigments, fluoropolymers and coatings.
• Plan and execute microscopy studies to evaluate morphology and dispersion.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot microscopy equipment.
• Develop and document sample prep and imaging methods.
• Analyze and summarize imaging data to link structure to performance.
• Collaborate with product development, technical service, and manufacturing.
• Communicate findings through reports and presentations.
• Contribute to safe laboratory operations.
