Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field as listed.
• 3+ years in microscopy, materials characterization, analytical testing, or lab research.
• Ability to prepare samples, conduct experiments, generate reliable data, and interpret results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze samples using microscopy and complementary techniques.
• Plan and execute microscopy studies to evaluate morphology, particle size/shape, dispersion, and interfaces.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot microscopy equipment.
• Develop and document sample prep and imaging methods to improve data quality.
• Analyze and summarize imaging data to relate structure to performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and troubleshooting.
• Communicate findings through reports and presentations.
• Contribute to safe lab operations and process improvements.
