Job summary
Regeneron in the United States is seeking a Scientist, RCM Analytical Development to join the Regeneron Cell Medicines (RCM) team. You will develop, optimize, and execute biophysical assays to characterize lentiviral vectors and drive program milestones.
The role is on-site in a fast-paced lab environment and requires strong data analysis, documentation, and collaboration across disciplines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field with 6-8+ years' experience.
- Ability to design experiments and interpret results.
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Advance analytical development for cell therapy programs, focusing on LVVs.
- Strengthen and establish biophysical methods to characterize LVVs.
- Analyze and present complex datasets to technical and cross-functional audiences.
- Collaborate with RCM teams to troubleshoot and set priorities.
- Document and review assay protocols and data summaries.
- Maintain compliant electronic lab notebooks and service instrument upkeep.
