Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Discovery Automation and Robotics, you will mentor research staff, drive assay miniaturization, and integrate automation across instruments, LIMS/ELN, and data platforms to deliver robust ADME data within DMTA workflows.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field with 3+ years of experience; MS with 9+; or BS with 11+ years.
• Expertise in in vitro ADME, including method development, validation, and deployment across core assay types.
• Experience with laboratory automation and robotics; miniaturization of ADME assays for throughput and robustness.

Responsibilities

• Lead High-Throughput ADME operations, designing and improving assays across solubility, permeability, metabolism, and safety liabilities.
• Build and adapt assays to meet small- and large-molecule modalities; own data from validation to production.
• Advance automation and robotics integration, ensuring connectivity with LIMS/ELN and data pipelines.
