Novartis is seeking a Senior Scientist I/II to support discovery and development by designing and executing in-vitro ADME assays, while building automation to deliver high-quality study data for informed decision-making.

The role involves planning and reporting ADME assays (metabolic stability, permeability), interpreting data for early discovery and compound optimization, and expanding assay capabilities with automation and AI-enabled analytics.

Formación

• BSc or MSc with relevant experience in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics or related field.
• BSc: 7+ years; MSc: 4+ years of ADME/DMPK experience. Senior Scientist II level possible with additional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute and report ADME assays such as metabolic stability and permeability.
• Interpret in vitro ADME data and translate findings to support early discovery and optimization.
• Contribute to novel ADME methodologies and expand assay capabilities.
• Advance automation strategies to expand laboratory capacity and standardize execution.
• Execute automated, end-to-end ADME assay workflows integrated with AI-enabled analytics.
• Develop methods to support bio-analysis using LCMS-MS, HRMS, and ICP-MS techniques.
• Troubleshoot lab instrumentation and automation platforms.
• Manage study timelines, objectives and budgets; communicate data and results to teams.
