Job summary

GSK US in Pennsylvania is seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist in Formulation and Process Development to advance biopharmaceutical drug products. The role centers on lab work, biophysical characterization, and process development for mAbs and related modalities, including tech transfer and scale-up for clinical and commercial manufacture.

Responsibilities include protocol writing, data integrity, collaboration with Analytical Development and Manufacturing Sciences, and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science with laboratory experience.
Experience in biopharmaceutical formulation or drug product development preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory documentation and technical reports.

Responsibilities

Designs and executes study protocols.
Executes a wide range of experiments and development studies independently based on a protocol.
Identifies and troubleshoots problems in the execution of experiments and technical tasks.
Understands the rationale and hypotheses for experimental designs and areas of science.
Develops understanding of regulatory requirements.
Maintains accurate documentation and data integrity; authors protocols and reports.
