Job summary

GSK is seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist in Formulation and Process Development within Drug Product Development. You will develop world-class patient-centric drug products through innovation and robust collaboration, focusing on biopharmaceuticals such as mAbs and ADCs while exploring small molecule candidates.

The role involves laboratory experimentation, htt biophysical techniques, and contributing to tech transfer and scale-up for clinical and commercial manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of laboratory-based experience, or Master's with 1+ year.
Knowledge of protein chemistry/structure, formulation and drug delivery development, and fill-finish.
Experience with biophysical techniques for product characterization and stability (e.g., SLS, DLS, DSC, MFI, HIAC).
Regulatory documentation writing experience (IND/IMPD, BLA/MAA) and technical reports.

Responsibilities

Designs and executes study protocols.
Conducts experiments and development studies per protocol.
Troubleshoots problems in experimental processes and studies.
Develops understanding of regulatory requirements and data integrity.
