Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead bench- and pilot-scale development of fertilizer formulations and product line extensions.
Design studies to support scale-up, commercialization, and process improvement.
Evaluate nutrient sources, additives, and raw materials for performance, cost, and supply.
Define experimental plans, criteria, risks, and recommendations for programs.
Coordinate plant trials and translate lab results into operating guidance.
Lead mineralogical, physical, and chemical characterization and develop analytical methods.
