Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry with 3+ years industry experience in process chemistry, or M.S. with 9+ years in the field.
• Expert understanding of a wide range of synthetic organic chemistry and route design (retrosynthetic analysis).
• Experience leading DS process development and scale-up under cGMP; managing external CDMOs is valued.
• Experience with IND/RTQ regulatory documentation and cross-functional team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage process chemistry development for synthetic small molecules (pre-clinical to Ph2).
• Design scalable synthetic processes and develop phase-appropriate manufacturing strategies.
• Collaborate with CDMOs and cross-functional teams to drive CMC strategy; prepare regulatory documents for IND/RTQs.
