Qualifications

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry with 3+ years in process chemistry.
• Experience developing drug substance processes for early-stage assets.
• Experience with CDMOs and awareness of regulatory filing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage process chemistry development for synthetic small molecules (pre-clinical to Ph2).
• Collaborate with CDMOs and internal cross-functional teams to advance CMC strategies.
• Prepare regulatory documents for IND/RTQs and support tech transfer.
• Develop phase-appropriate, scalable manufacturing processes with safety and quality in mind.
• Mentor junior scientists and drive project milestones with clear timelines.
