Job summary

You will mentor scientific and engineering teams, drive process understanding, robustness, and productivity, and collaborate across Process Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, and Compliance to support regulatory filings and IND/CMC activities.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD with 12+ years in pharma/biotech, including people management.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical process chemistry and engineering.
• Expertise in synthetic strategies, impurity controls, purification and isolation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and manufacturing teams to optimize Biogen processes.
• Design and guide experiments to advance Biogen assets with robustness and productivity.
• Mentor colleagues and prepare future leaders; support regulatory filings.
