You will apply HRMS/MS, chromatographic separations, and automated workflows to accelerate drug discovery and support candidate selection at the discovery interface. The role requires leadership in analytical technologies, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a strong publication record.

Formación

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field preferred.
• MS with 7+ years biopharmaceutical industry experience acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, optimize, and execute chromatographic separations (HPLC/UHPLC/SFC/SEC) with multi-detector setups.
• Lead HRMS/MS-based structural confirmation and de novo elucidation of molecules and peptides.
• Evaluate next-gen measurement technologies and high-throughput workflows.
• Improve lab efficiency via automated data processing and digital workflows.
• Collaborate with discovery teams to advance analytical capabilities and data-informed decisions.
• Maintain GDP-compliant ELN documentation and data integrity.
