Job summary

You will oversee laboratory delivery, drive innovation, mentor staff, and partner across Process Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analytical Sciences, Automation, and IT to enable project teams. The role requires hands-on expertise in HPLC, SFC, and LCMS, with a focus on SAR, impurity characterization, and GMP toxicology deliveries.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field with minimum 8 years of industrial experience.
• M.S. in Chemistry or related field with 10–12 years of industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership in purification and analytical separations to enable development programs.
• Lead laboratory operations, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop scientists and staff across separation sciences and analytics.
