Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or closely related scientific discipline.
• Experience: 5–8 years post-graduate professional research, preferably in aerospace, defense, or national labs (Master's or Ph.D. counts toward experience).
• Security: Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Technical: data acquisition systems, precision laboratory instrumentation, and mathematical modeling software.
• Analytical: strong background in statistical error analysis, experimental design, and root-cause analysis.
