Qualifications

• PhD or Master in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, Biological Sciences with 4/6+ years of relevant industry experience in process development for cell therapies.
• Hands-on experience with stirred tank bioreactors at various scales and process development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, optimization and scale-up of cell processing workflows from expansion to harvest and formulation.
• Execute small to medium scale cell processing in 3D bioreactor systems and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with analytics for in-process sampling and product characterization and support technology transfer into GMP environments.
• Prepare technical documents, reports and summaries following regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
• Present results and process improvements to cross-functional teams and senior management.
